Nice job Mai ^^ I hope we can get a chance to play with AV soon ^^

I think there is a mechanic for negating AV’s two hour with our own. Also a 2 hour reset seems to happen between AV’s two hours. Now this always happens between scenes so it unclear whether they got their two hours back immediately or not. I never saw a corsair in the scene so we can assume their two hour wasn’t used.

The questionable mechanic I see either works one of two ways: Someone needs to use the same two hour that AV used or so many two hours must be used within a time period of AV using a two hour. I believe that either of these negates Av two hour as supported by the scene where AV chain spells for only 2 spells and then stops.

If you assume the in game clock in the video is the same two consecutive days then the fight with log shown is over 2 hours. (How long it took to get final blow we can’t tell) and the same player uses his/her two hour multiple times in some instance. This is my evidence for two hour reset mechanic possible triggered by a successful negation of AV’s two hour.

Side note: AV can be blinded and slept, it seems too.

So we need to pop it, blow some two hours, and see what happens because SE has given us such a vague clue as always but its better than nothing.

If you want extra bodies/2hours to throw at it when you try, let me know. I’d dedicate my lost exp for the sake of research. XD

    @ Balmoral:

I don’t think AV can be bound or slept. Sleep and Bind were used (to genereate hate for the RDM who was tanking), but I don’t see anywhere in Mai’s transcription where it says AV was either successfully slept or bound.

Also, I don’t think there’s any proof one way or another that SPs are reset. No one uses their SP twice in a resonable time frame to beleive they were reset. SPs are used at 6:50 Thundersday, then 5:05 Thundersday (must be a different Thundersday than the first one, or an entirely separate fight spliced in to the same video), then 12:10 Iceday, which again must be a different Iceday (or different fight) since Iceday comes right BEFORE Thundersday. I think what SE was doing was showing us 3 times what to do, but they did so by showing clips from 3 different fights. To me, this supports that SPs are NOT reset, since, even if it were the same fight, way more than 2 hours passed before each use (almost 24 hours in each case, if the order of the video is consecutive).

The only other possibility is that AV’s SP makes the game clock reverse, lol.
